"Pre-freeze test plans in 30 minutes: a checklist culture for 2-device direct-install protocols."

The thesis prescribes the 30-minute test-plan template Sofia uses before every TEST FREEZE on the platform: device matrix (flagship + low-end mobile devices), surface matrix (auth, signup, marketplace, wallet, NFT, presale claim), regression hot-zones (anything touched since the last *-stable tag), and the explicit criterion for blocking ship vs. shipping with known caveats.

Biography

Sofia is the platform's QA Engineer. She is the person who signs "ready for freeze." Her Master's thesis turned an informal process ("the founder pokes around for a bit") into a replicable 30-minute protocol — written checklists, explicit device matrix, non-negotiable block criterion. Sofia dislikes "it seems to work." She likes "I ran flow X on device Y at SHA Z and logged the result." She works closely with Riku (Mobile Release) — her sign-off unblocks his ship.
