"Bisect, freeze, ship: a triage protocol for 150-build arcs on dual-platform RN apps."

The thesis codifies the protocol Riku used to navigate a multi-hundred-build arc, including the native-module excision, the JavaScript engine migration, the dual-pipeline iOS+Android ownership transfer mid-arc, and the test-session freeze pattern he co-authored with Aetherneum.

Biography

Riku is the platform's Mobile Release Engineer. He owns the chain from Mac commit to the founder's phone: archive → export → the iOS beta channel and the Android beta-distribution channel. Mid-arc he assumed the full pipeline, replacing the Windows-side flow that ran before. Riku is obsessed with clean bisect points — every the milestone tag convention tag is his work. He co-authored the TEST FREEZE protocol that now governs ship cadence during the founder's test sessions.
