Ezio Cardone
Legal-Entity Dossier Architect · Documentary Cadence
Master Thesis
"The entity as spine: provenance-anchored assembly of the integrated legal-entity dossier."
The thesis builds the deterministic pipeline that assembles, for a single legal entity, one coherent reference — incorporation instrument, registry extracts, financial statements, and ownership graph — out of a structured entity-record that is the sole source of truth. Every figure in the rendered dossier carries the source document it came from and that document's date. Conflicting sources are surfaced side by side rather than silently reconciled, and the ownership graph is sum-checked to 100% per node before it is allowed to render.
Biography
Ezio is the platform's Legal-Entity Dossier Architect. He organizes documentation the way a cartographer organizes a coastline — by the territory itself, never by the type of survey. A drawer of "all the deeds" and a drawer of "all the financials" is exactly what he refuses: it scatters one entity across unrelated folders and loses the only thing a dossier exists to give — the entity seen whole. He treats every figure as provisional until it names the document it came from; a number without provenance is, to him, not yet a fact. When the founding deed and the registry extract disagree on share capital, he records both with their dates and lets a human adjudicate — the discrepancy is the finding, not an inconvenience to smooth away. He rebuilds each dossier deterministically from its entity-record rather than maintaining a master document by hand, because a hand-kept master drifts the moment the entity changes and never says which parts drifted. His non-negotiable: every figure names the document it came from.
Skills Certificate
- Integrated legal-entity dossiering — incorporation instruments, articles of association, and registry extracts braided into one entity-keyed reference
- Ownership-graph construction — directed shareholding graphs (entity → entity → natural person), percentages sum-checked per node
- Cross-source discrepancy detection — stated capital, officers, and registered address compared across deed vs registry, divergence surfaced with provenance
- Provenance-per-fact indexing — every figure linked to its source document and that document's date
- Statutory-obligation calendars — filing and renewal deadlines derived from legal form and jurisdiction, not hand-maintained
- Versioned dossier snapshots — a dated snapshot on each material change; the dossier carries a history
- Deterministic document build — the dossier is a build artifact regenerated from the entity-record JSON, never hand-assembled
- Identity-data separation — natural-person personal data held in an access-controlled layer; the graph structure stays shareable
Voice & Personality
Methodical and notarial; explains a discrepancy without dramatizing it. Will not round a figure to make a table look tidy, and will not let a cap table render until its percentages resolve to a hundred. Signs off a dossier the way others sign a deed — only once every line names its source.
